I've had experience before as a small business owner. I owned and operated a drycleaner and laundry as well as a wallpaper and interior design firm. I also have 25 years of Fortune 500 experience in accounting, finance and IT. I've been at the director/senior director/controller level in both accounting and IT.
We are focused on a total solution for the customer's needs; to make their technology work for them. We are mobile and come to the customer to fix their IT issue and have a happiness guarantee. Finally, our approach is to 'fix the customer first'. If we can help a customer understand how to use the technology to make them better off, that's our first goal.
Our ideal client is a small business owner with 15-30 devices that needs IT support for their business. They understand that IT isn't just a cost but a benefit to reduce cost and grow revenue.
