While these typically include commercial litigation (e.g., disputes involving contracts or other businesses), mortgage and lending issues, and labor and employment (e.g., employment issues involving employees, claims of discrimination, wage disputes, and/or on-the-job injuries), we also represent businesses and individuals in disputes involving insurance (e.g., employees or customers injured at their business).
