My career includes working as a Regional Executive Account Representative for Samuel Strapping Packaging Systems Group, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada (6.5 yrs.); a family-owned, tri-state wholesale distributor of industrial packaging products/equipment, Delta Strapping Corporation, Longview, Texas (5 yrs.); and, sole owner/CEO of Edge Packaging Systems, Plano, Texas (19 yrs.). In addition, I served as Vice President of T.E.A.M. Systems, Inc., an IT Systems Integration Consultant, Software Trainer and co-owner of a microcomputer systems integrator of turnkey systems, headquartered in Denton, Texas. I managed the day-to-day operations, designed and developed computer software training, and taught off-the-shelf software classes primarily to banks and savings and loan organizations. My other marketing/sales experience encompassed tenure as Vice President of Sales with a Computer Broker of IBM Mini and Mainframe computers. Marketing Coordinator/Corporate Computer Software Trainer for an aviation wholesale fuel distributor in Dallas, Texas, who provided jet fuel to corporate and charter aircraft, headquartered in San Diego, California. This Dallas location managed the corporation’s Alaskan pipeline fuel distribution, maintaining fuel inventories at various airports throughout the US. My responsibilities included fuel sales to corporate and charter aircraft on an ad hoc basis and managing tank trucks of jet fuel to tank storage primarily for Phoenix and San Diego airports for Southwest Airlines. I bring 40+ years of coaching and mentoring a wide variety of individuals on how to start and grow a business. I am especially adept at working with individuals seeking career changes and salary negotiation strategies, and identifying their special talents to develop an ideal career advancement. I provide customized LinkedIn (LI) training and LI makeovers for individuals and sales teams. Part of my LinkedIn training program includes a tool that I developed in 2020, the "30-Point LinkedIn Profile Audit Tool," which is a document to be used to aid you in updating your profile and getting all of your current expertise listed to be able to use it as a Marketing Tool. As your coach, I work with you over a 90-day period, 2 times/month, and in 2-hour blocks for a total of 20 hours hands-on training sessions. You will be able to have unlimited access via phone and email during the 90-day program.
