Law firm serving wide range of clients in DFW and East Texas with focus on business litigation, business transactions/formation, and creditor's rights (getting businesses paid).
2009
I have been an attorney (and before that, a law clerk) at Allen Bryson, PLLC and its prior iteration since my second year of law school. My other experiences during law school include clerking for the Office of the Attorney General, Environmental Protection Division, the Collin County District Attorney's Office, and the United States Northern District of Texas (as extern to Magistrate Judge Fish).
We represent both individuals and large, publicly traded companies. As such, we know how to tailor our services to fit the needs of a wide variety of customers. Most importantly, whether serving a person, a small business, or a behemoth, we care about our clients and are responsive to their specific needs. We have over twelve years of creditor's rights litigation experience, obtained millions in judgments for our clients, and have fought to get our clients paid throughout the country.
Any business in a legal dispute or looking for business advice. Any person looking to start a business. Any business owed money.
