Spending 7 years as a golf professional for high end club memberships, my main focus was customer service and satisfaction. I learned how to deal with problematic situations and turn them into positives, leaving both parties in the best state of mind as possible. Places like The Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, MT and The Madison Club in La Quinta, CA carry with them high expectations of service and responsibility execution. That is the standard I bring to the roofing business and am held to at Firefighter Roofing.

What Sets Your Business Apart?

1) We do not accept payment until we start working. Many roofing companies are in debt, so they leverage payments to support other jobs. We do not have debt or owe anybody money which allows us to purchase the supplies beforehand, assuring the homeowner they are dealing with trusted professionals who will not take money and run. 2) We do not reuse supplies or take shortcuts with installation. A company can save money and increase profit by recycling soft metal structures, underlayment, shingles from other jobs, etc. and because we are financially stable, we do not do that. 3) We make sure our clients collect the most return from their insurance claim as possible. Through supplementation, we negotiate with the insurance company to repair or replace everything touched by a storm that may have been missed in the insurance adjuster's inspection. We provide evidence of everything that was damaged from the storm and make sure it does not go unnoticed.
