This process is to understand a sellers true motivation to sell and match their expectation of sale price to the reality of true fair market value, and assure the two are alligned. At that point we will take them to market, allign them with potential lending and preferred partner transactional resources, and qualified buyers.
I startedmy career in Sales and management for Cannon USA and General Binding Corporation. I opened start up a transportation company with family in 1987, then merged that company with a large well known garment center carrier in 1994. I was a Partner, EVP, and Board Member until moving to TX in 2006. In 2007 I joined Richard Gadberry in the Start up of Murph Business Sales TX, to date.
We have a proven process and methodologies to align reasonable expectations between sellers, buyers, and lending institutions.This helps overcome most obstacles up front in the selling cycle apposed to finding out at the closing table.
