My early career was in public accounting, as a partner in a local East Texas firm that provided services to a diversified client base. After moving to the DFW area, I spent 25 years in the hospitality industry, most of which as a CFO for a restaurant company.
We encourage every business to treat their customers as guests and help them assess their operations holistically so that facilities, product, services, staff, finances and leadership are all focused on providing an exceptional guest experience. We emphasize revenue growth, client retention, improved profitability and increased brand loyalty.
