I have been a corporate accountant working over ten years in various industries. My skillset includes tax planning, tax compliance, audit, mergers & acquisitions, system implementations and conversions.
Unlike traditional CPA's and tax preparers who record history and deal with compliance issues only, I am specifically trained to offer proactive tax planning services on a consultative level to my clients. My services are more than just entering the numbers and filing tax returns at tax time. I work with my clients year round on strategically planning for their businesses so that they pay the least amount of taxes legally possible.
