I am a business development manager in ARCO/MURRAY's Dallas office. Our company is a design-build general contractor, with 38 offices across 16 major metropolitan areas across the US and Canada. We're a $6B company, and ENR has rated us the #1 builder of industrial real estate in the US for 3 years in a row. I work closely with our industrial and TI teams in the Dallas office. I was a retail investment sales broker for the past 5 years, at firms such as Marcus & Millichap, Colliers and Edge Capital Markets. I've been a project manager for 1808 Good Latimer, a 65,000 SF co-working/condo project in Deep Ellum. Additionally, I worked in hotel management when I lived in Charleston, SC.

My ideal client are developers and end users/tenants. EX: Any businesses that need a custom-built facility, but don't want to go through the hassle of hiring a long list of 3rd parties for the construction process. We have architects, engineers, and everything else design-build construction-related in house and strategic partnered to streamline the design and construction process. EX: If you know of companies such as distributors, logistics, manufacturing, cold storage, aerospace, and other types of companies in need of expanding, relocating, to renovate or consolidate multiple spaces, or in need of a new facility, let me know. ARCO has a lot of experience in creating customized industrial spaces that meet their unique storage and operational requirements.
