NEW MEMBER AGREEMENT

Regular attendance is a fundamental part of Team Networking. Our purpose is to develop relationships with other business people that will benefit all parties concerned. This can only be accomplished with frequent and regular attendance and interaction with chapter members. As a member, you are required to be present at a minimum of 75% of the weekly meetings and 75% of the monthly member meetings during the year. If you are unable to attend a weekly meeting, a designated representative from your company may attend in your place so long as this is not a regular occurrence (not to exceed 25% of the overall attendance).
As a member, you agree to make a conscious effort to be mindful of other members’ business activities when working with your clients. When possible, refer other members to your clients. Each member is called to be a “silent sales force” for each other.
We strive to maintain a quality membership of individuals who reflect our guiding principles. Be conscientious of the character and commitment of the guests you invite to meetings and ensure they meet our five guiding principles. Strive to develop a qualified resource pool of capable and competent business people as members of the chapter.
To contribute to and get the most out of Team Networking, actively participate in the regular meetings. Be punctual so you make the most of the networking time at the beginning of the meeting so you can interact with the members and guests.

I understand and agree that the above guidelines are necessary to maintain the quality and standards of Team Networking. I have read and reviewed the above guidelines for membership and agree to be bound by them. I further understand and agree that membership in Team Networking is a privilege and may be revoked by the Team Networking Board of Directors if I fail to meet the standards set forth for my membership. As well, I understand that my membership will be reviewed annually to determine my contribution to Team Networking and that, if I do not meet the Team Networking standards, my membership may not be renewed.
